Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our Pet Care Team. As a key member of our retail store operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with day-to-day store operations, including managing stock levels, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and implementing business strategies.
