Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Hyundai Worcester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles across the brand.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading car dealer group, representing 23 popular brands across the UK. Our state-of-the-art facilities provide the ideal environment for you to thrive in your career as a Vehicle Technician.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, including warranty-approved work.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and air filter changes.
- Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms.
- Support Apprentice Technicians as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise to work at pace.
- A team-player mindset, comfortable operating with set processes and procedures.
- A qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognised qualification (ideally Level 3, but Level 2 will be considered).
- The ability to carry out MOTs (full training will be offered if necessary).
What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus uncapped OTE Bonus based on individual time saved, team profit, and CSI Bonus.
- A 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, and pension scheme.
