Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated English and Social Studies Teacher to join our team at Podar International School, Ambegaon. This full-time role requires expertise in both the English language and social studies, with responsibilities spanning from lesson planning to classroom management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to educational standards
  • Conduct classes in both English and social studies subjects, using various instructional techniques
  • Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment to stimulate student learning and participation
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students' performance and classroom behavior
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school events
Requirements
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
