About the Role

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial fit-out projects, including cut & carve and new build projects
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Provide expert advice on construction costs, procurement, and contract management

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial quantity surveying, preferably in a private practice or consultancy
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contract administration, and dispute resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
