Job Description

The IT Support Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop connections.
  • Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues on Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
  • Manage the lifecycle of hardware and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.
  • Perform technical tasks in the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer equipment and systems.

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, as well as experience with Help Desk ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hardware and Software Installation: Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software.
  2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  3. Help Desk Support: Provide phone, email, and remote desktop support to end-users.
  4. Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of hardware and equipment.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and troubleshooted issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware.
  • Considerable knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 software, hardware, networks, etc.
  • Knowledge of local area networks (LANs) and current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
  • Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems.
  • Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
  • Associates degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2 or more years of direct experience with end-user support.
