My client, a fast-growing conveyancing service company based in Bolton, Greater Manchester, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to undertake residential conveyancing work associated with the acquisition and disposal of land or property, including purchases, sales, and remortgages.

  1. Manage a caseload of conveyancing files from instruction to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution of transactions.
  2. Liaise with solicitors, clients, and estate agents on aspects of the conveyancing transaction, maintaining excellent communication skills throughout the process.
  3. Deal with pre-contract enquiries, resolving any issues promptly to avoid delays.

The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary range of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
