Job Description:About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Programmes and Engagement Manager to lead our youth programmes in Marlow and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programmes that promote youth development, education, and wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities:
- To design and deliver high-quality programmes that meet the needs of young people.
- To build strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners to enhance programme delivery and impact.
- To monitor programme progress and evaluate outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Education, Youth Work, or related field.
- Proven experience in programme management and youth work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
