Bridgeman Recruitment Services has been instructed by a Major Civil Engineering Contractor to recruit for a Structural Waterproofing Site Supervisor role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the structural waterproofing industry and a background in civil engineering work or concrete repair work.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading a team of site engineers and technicians in the application of various waterproofing techniques
  2. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  3. Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have good communication skills, and hold a current CSCS, SMSTS card and First Aid Certificate.
