About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our public areas are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our members and guests, ensuring their experience is exceptional and memorable.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our public areas, including the gym, studios, and poolside.
  • Refine our guest experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Respond to poolside alarms and take care of the pool area to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our members.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, leisure, and fitness, with a smile and the ability to talk to everyone. You will need to be solutions-oriented, with an eye for spotting issues before they happen, and able to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues, and customers safe.
