Trafford Park Vets for Pets is a thriving, vibrant and energetic team of veterinary professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
We are expanding our team and looking for a full-time Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our clinical team as Senior Veterinary Nursing Director. In this role, you will be directing the day-to-day running of the clinical team, lending a hand where needed, and serving as a role model in your duties. You must have strong managerial skills to optimise workflow and inspire and motivate the team.
About the RoleAs Senior Veterinary Nursing Director, you will be responsible for developing the potential of our Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) in their individual surgical and medical interests. You will also assist in the training of the whole nurse and Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) team.
You will be involved in appraisals and auditing of clinical care, ensuring that our nurses can fulfil their clinical potential. Our talented Client Care Advisors support the client journey, freeing up our Nurses to carry out their roles effectively.
