Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Oncologist to conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret lab and imaging results, and design individualized treatment strategies for patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including interpreting lab and imaging results, to accurately diagnose cancer and design individualized treatment strategies for patients.
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and other specialists to provide coordinated care and support comprehensive treatment planning.
- Oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and other oncological treatments, adjusting plans based on patient response and managing side effects.
- Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis, providing emotional support and guidance throughout treatment.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of Healthcare experience as a Medical Oncologist
- Right to work in the UK
- GMC Registration
- Indemnity Insurance
- Up-to-date CV
