Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our Wills and Probate Department at Crown Heath Associates Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on wills, probate, and estate administration.
  • Draft and advise on wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Manage client expectations and work on multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
  • Meet financial targets and work to deadlines while minimizing risk.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PQE experience in private client law.
  • Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and estate administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
