Job Title: Morgan Law HR Business Partner
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support our organisation during a period of change and transformation. Based in the UK, this role requires a strong understanding of UK law knowledge and excellent relationship building skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice to leaders on how to manage their people to ensure their strategic objectives are met.
- Support organisational effectiveness by developing solutions around management and wellbeing of people and volunteers.
- Attend senior management team meetings to understand strategic objectives and provide expert advice from a people point of view.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Expertise in UK employment law and HR practices.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
