About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to our residents, advocating for their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct regular assessments, monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and PIN number.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care, adhering to HC-One's values and standards.
  • Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
