**Job Summary**

Proactive Solutions Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Stores Person/Van Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our trade counter and warehouse, while also providing excellent customer service and delivering products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in the trade counter and warehouse
  • Picking and processing orders, and logging goods in and out
  • Delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and organized warehouse environment

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical wholesale industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wholesale products and services
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive a company van
