Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the legal team and businesses directly to define regulatory requirements for crypto derivatives in various jurisdictions.
  • Get involved in projects outside of OTC derivatives based on personal professional development interests and company requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Circa 3-7 years of experience practicing law (qualified) at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel for a firm specialized in financial services, fintech, and/or crypto.
  2. Experience negotiating ISDA and other OTC derivatives and advising on related regulatory issues pertaining to OTC derivatives.
  3. Understanding of regulatory frameworks and how they apply to OTC derivatives in various jurisdictions in traditional financial markets.
  4. Curiosity and interest to learn other areas of law and business quickly.
