Job Title: Compassionate Healthcare Associate
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum

This rewarding role involves working with our care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to residents. As a compassionate and dedicated individual, you will play a vital role in recognising and understanding clinical risk areas, assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infections, and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Assist residents in all their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect for individuals at all times.
