Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Actuarial Analyst to lead our actuarial team at The Emerald Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality actuarial modeling services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science and excellent leadership skills. This is a permanent position based in London, with a salary range of £85,000 - £115,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production and validation of actuarial data across the Company, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Develop and maintain complex actuarial models using Prophet and other actuarial software, leveraging expertise to optimize model performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering growth and development within the team.

Requirements:

  • Fellow of Institute of Actuaries (or equivalent)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of commercial applications.
  • Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
