Job Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Slug & Lettuce Worthing. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager and working together to create and deliver your vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, coach and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the General Manager to create and implement plans to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that standards and compliance are maintained in the General Manager's absence.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure that they have an exceptional experience.
