At The Natural Adventure, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Adventure Operations Intern. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our Adventure Sales Specialists to ensure seamless transitions from booking confirmation to trip completion.
- Monitor and resolve trip issues effectively, minimizing disruption to customers.
- Prepare and send pre-departure materials and travel documentation, ensuring everything is properly organized and documented.
- Take shifts on our emergency phone line for customers on trips.
- Communicate post-trip customer feedback to our Sales and Products teams, driving continuous improvement.
- Support our sales team by preparing and sending custom itineraries and travel documentation.
- Build relationships with local suppliers to ensure we remain their partner of choice.
- No prior experience in the field is required, but a passion for adventure travel is essential.
- Recent graduate or last-year student, preferably with a major in Tourism.
- Understanding and sharing of our values related to Responsible Travel is mandatory.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English as a native language or equivalent.
- Excellent email and phone manner and technique.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently without supervision.
- Friendly attitude and personal integrity.
- Work from home.
