Senior Electric Motor Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electric Motor Design Engineer to join our team at Technical Futures. Careers. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing electric motor powertrains with a focus on electromagnetic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electric motor powertrains with a focus on electromagnetic performance.
  • Optimize e-motor processes and develop internal simulation tools.
  • Collaborate with simulation and ML/AI teams to drive innovation.
  • Take ownership of running detailed electromagnetic simulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Master's Degree in e-motor design/performance.
  • 5+ years of experience designing electric motor powertrains.
  • Proficiency in commercial motor design software such as Ansys Maxwell, MotorCAD, or JMAG.
  • Strong understanding of motor design theory and motor drive modeling.
