Client Director/ Structured Credit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Director/ Structured Credit to join our team at LGBT Great. As a key member of our Structured Credit team, you will be responsible for supporting clients and colleagues in identifying credit risk issues and creating solutions to meet their transactional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business in strategy development and execution to originate and develop structured credit opportunities across EMEA, working with UK & EMEA sales and client management teams.
  • Support the maintenance of established key client contacts and relationships as required.
  • End to end client led broking (Lloyd's, company markets and multilaterals) including placement structuring, wording negotiations and policy management and claims handling (where applicable).
  • Assisting the existing team in managing new and existing policies.
Requirements
  • University graduate (preference for Law, Economics, Social Sciences) or a non-university graduate with relevant work experience.
  • Language skills – fluency in foreign language(s) preferred.
  • Strong commercial desire to develop in a hard-working and dynamic team environment.
