Personal Injury Solicitor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor to join our Litigation team at The FR Group. As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of litigated RTA claims, providing support on complex matters to claims handlers and paralegals, and reviewing liability and quantum on personal injury files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing liability and quantum on personal injury files
  • Drafting court documents to issue proceedings
  • Liaising with clients for further information/documents required
  • Reviewing medical reports and other evidence
  • Reviewing offers received and providing advice to clients
  • Reviewing Defences and preparing Replies
  • Drafting List of Documents and reviewing Defendant's List
  • Taking and drafting witness statements from clients and witnesses
  • Preparing clients and cases for trial
  • Briefing counsel and attending trials

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Litigation
  • Excellent client care skills and a commercial approach to work
