Job Title: Deputy Supply Chain Operations ManagerAbout the Role:

The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our Procurement team. This exciting opportunity will involve maintaining close working relationships with leadership counterparts to provide a professional and proactive supply chain and operational procurement service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Buyers and Systems & Catalogue Administrators, as well as deputising for the Supply Chain & Operational Procurement Manager when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a customer-focused supply chain and operational procurement service to all user departments.
  • Manage the inventory of stock, including the development of supply chain solutions that address control and ordering of stock.
  • Support the implementation of the Inventory Management system across the London Clinic, including devising and implementing plans for rolling out the system to new areas.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain & Operational Procurement Manager to ensure effective relationships between the Supply Chain team and the Operational Procurement Team.
  • Ensure ongoing benchmarking of alternative products and routes of supply, identifying products to be reviewed and evaluated by the relevant sourcing groups.
Requirements:
  • Experience in inventory management and stock management systems.
  • Management experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
  • Knowledge and experience of procurement procedures.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Credibility with senior managers and clinicians.
