About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled English teacher to join our team at Grateley House School. As a specialist in the English National Curriculum, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4, including GCSE English.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach English to students in Key Stage 3 and 4, including GCSE English
  • Develop and implement individualized and group programs to support student learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive curriculum
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
  • Experience teaching up to GCSE level
  • Understanding of Autistic Spectrum Condition and/or experience working with children/young people with additional needs
