AQS Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients living in the Eastleigh area.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care duties, supporting clients with medication, and assisting with light housework and food preparations. You will also be involved in social outings and appointments, helping our clients to maintain their independence and lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Support clients with medication, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
• Assist with light housework, including cleaning and laundry
• Prepare meals and snacks for clients
• Accompany clients on social outings and appointments

Requirements:

• Compassionate and caring nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' dignity
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
