About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Deputy Head of Scout Adventures. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our outdoor adventure programs, ensuring they deliver exceptional experiences for young people across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of site managers, catering staff, and volunteers to create unforgettable adventures for participants.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our outdoor adventure offerings, ensuring they align with the organization's values and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across all Scout Adventures sites.
  • Foster a culture of safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Manage budgets effectively and monitor financial performance to ensure sustainability.
