As a Cloud Platform Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable solutions on Linux and Cloud platforms using agile practices.

You will work in a small team of talented developers to deliver the best user-centric experience for our customers and team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience in web client or server-side development, with a solid foundation in software delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting and enhancing the existing code base.
  • Maintaining clean coding practices.
  • Identifying technical areas of improvement.
  • Supporting product owners.
  • Supporting the testing team during testing phases of projects.
  • Contributing to solution proposals.
  • Creating work effort estimates.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience within web client or server-side development.
  • Experience working with backend technology.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical matters to people across different areas of the Business.
  • Experience working with Linux.
  • Knowledge of Typescript, Go, JavaScript, SQL, HTML5, CSS3 and C#.
  • Experience working in an environment with high volumes of transactions.
  • Experience working with Scrum or other agile software development methodologies.
  • Understanding of the development of automation and developer tooling such as Continuous Build and CI systems.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.
