Product Manager

At Loftware, we're shaping the future of the supply chain, and we're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving product strategy, planning, and execution across the product life cycle. You'll work closely with our development team to ensure successful product delivery, while also developing product launch and rollout plans that prepare internal resources to sell, service, and support the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps, prioritizing strategic and tactical activities
- Own the "voice of the customer," gathering insights through regular interactions with business stakeholders and clients
- Define and communicate market opportunities, requirements, and outcomes within an Agile process
- Serve as the internal and external product evangelist, working with sales, partners, and key customers to develop positioning and increase market success
- Develop new product ideas and enhance existing products based on market knowledge and customer feedback
- Define, develop, and disseminate product messages, value propositions, and positioning to optimize revenue and maximize market share
- Organize and implement comprehensive product launch plans and define tactical priorities for the product backlog
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technology or life sciences environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical discipline
- Strategic thinker with a long-term view on growth metrics and data-driven decision making
- Strong ownership, bias to action, and ability to succeed in ambiguity
- Tech-savvy with the ability to translate concepts into value-driven outcomes
- Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences
- Experience in Agile and proven success as a product owner
