Job Title

Senior Production Engineer - £50,000 - £56,000 per annum

About the Role

In a highly dynamic and supportive team, we are seeking a Senior Production Engineer to join our client in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, including CNC programming and new part introduction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft CNC programs for advanced 4 & 5 axis machines using Siemens NX software.
  • Develop precision CNC grinding programs for specialized grinding machines.
  • Lead new part introduction (NPI) for both prototype and production projects.
  • Define efficient manufacturing routings and Bill of Materials (BOM) using SAP ERP.
  • Mentor team members by supporting departmental training and career development programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in machining and programming complex components. Advanced proficiency in Siemens NX CAD/CAM systems.
