Job Title: Project Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our Commercial EASA Modifications Programme Management team at Boeing. As a Project Planner, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering strategic analysis and portfolio programming for the EASA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to create baseline project schedules and allocate resources for timely delivery
  • Predict resource needs and manage resources effectively
  • Analyze company portfolio plans and resourcing profiles to advise on deployment and resourcing solutions
  • Conduct regular deployment reviews to ensure fair allocation of work
  • Identify areas for possible cross-training and upskilling to improve utilization
  • Track, analyze, and report information to manage projects and evaluate weekly reports
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Maintain project schedule health metrics and act on results to improve schedule quality
  • Administer project resource data to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, project planning, or resource management
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PMI-SP certification advantageous
  • Experience with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
