We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Executive to join our Social Impact team, part of the Customer, Brand & Engagement (CB&E) function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the promotion of, and engagement with, Fairer Futures across the Society.
You will lead a team who are creating outstanding communications and collateral, and executing impactful, memorable moments for colleagues and customers. You will exhibit strong creative judgement and have established seamless ways of working to enable the team to operate at pace with best practice and robust processes.
You will be confident and capable of building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including our Executive Team and Board, our charity partners, colleagues, and our Social Impact ambassadors.
You will use your excellent planning and organisational skills to apply focus and clarity on priorities and be comfortable flexing where needed and managing multiple activities simultaneously with high standards and expectations for delivery.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will seek opportunities to maximise the impact of the available budget and create a culture of support, development, collaboration, and high performance.
