Senior Accountant

We are TC Group, a dynamic and ambitious accountancy firm in the UK, seeking a highly skilled Qualified Accountant to join our Leicester office.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow and develop client accounts, identifying business opportunities and providing exceptional services to meet client needs.
- Manage portfolios, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Support Partners and CSDs in ad-hoc projects and activities, contributing to the firm's growth and development.
- Assist in office management, developing junior staff, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification, with significant experience in an accountancy practice.
- Excellent accounting and tax knowledge, with a strong understanding of financial systems and software.
- Proven track record of developing and growing client accounts, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a flexible and positive attitude.
