About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of support workers
  • Develop and implement individual care plans that promote independence and choice
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Support individuals to access community facilities and person-centred activities

Requirements
  • Valid PIN with the NMC
  • Excellent observational, communication, and clinical skills
