About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at L3Harris UK. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in unlocking the profitable growth potential of our business.

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for producing accurate data dashboards, metrics, and insights to drive superior performance of our Commercial Aviation Solutions business. You will also provide training and coaching to our CAS business teams to ensure accurate and consistent data is provided to support our Source of Truth reporting process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining tools to support one source of truth for financial and non-financial data
  • Leading the rollout of Business Intelligence tools across CAS and ensuring data feeds to the BI tools are automated
  • Supporting the forecast, strategic planning, and target setting process
  • Providing training and coaching to CAS business teams

We are looking for a commercially driven and energized professional who operates with a sense of urgency and bias for action. You will have advanced Excel skills, experience with Business Intelligence tools, and a strong analytical mindset.
