SHEQ Advisor Role Overview

Morrison Energy Services seeks an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join its team in Nottingham, covering the entire UK.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in providing day-to-day SHEQ advice on high-profile projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting site teams and customer representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive SHEQ guidance on high-profile projects to ensure effective compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with customers, stakeholders, community groups, and other relevant parties to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) requirements are met throughout project development, delivery, and close-out.

Accountabilities:

  • Proactively manage SHEQ issues on site, including client liaison, and ensure timely completion of investigations and actions.
  • Contribute to driving continuous improvement and positive safety cultures into operational activities and processes.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in CDM legislation.
  • Holding a minimum NEBOSH general/construction certificate.
  • Possessing knowledge of Overhead Line and Sub-Station industry is desirable.

  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
