Matchday Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Matchday Ambassador to join our team at Fc Stgeorgen.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe entry and exit of guests, managing crowd control, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crowd Management: Effectively manage crowd dynamics from last mile to ingress, circulation, and egress.
• Safety and Security: Monitor and control safety measures, including exit gates, lifts, and staircases.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to supporters, answering queries and offering guidance around the stadium.
• Ticket Checking: Conduct thorough checks to prevent unauthorized entry.
