Real Estate Attorney Specialist

Harrison-Drury Solicitors, a market-leading law firm in the North West of England, has an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join their Commercial Property Team in Preston.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and guidance on real estate matters, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on real estate matters
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Managing a busy caseload of commercial property transactions
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 Year PQE within a commercial property department advising and representing clients on a range of real estate matters
- Ability to manage own caseload with some supervision
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Accomplished in business development activities, with the ability to build a network of contacts for themselves and the team
Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
