This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Legal 500 law firm working on a hybrid basis from their office.

Commercial Litigation - Senior Associate - Up to £90,000 salary

The firm's dispute resolution team handles a full range of litigation matters, often large-scale, complex disputes. Typically these include contract claims, professional negligence, regulatory breaches, financial mis-selling, fraud and asset tracing, shareholder claims and derivative actions, and increasingly contentious probate matters.

The team regularly handles a range of value disputes with matters being issued in the Supreme Court, as well as the County Courts.

The role will involve dealing with a range of disputes for the firm's clients who range from high net worth individuals to business entities. The caseload is of very high quality, dealing with large, complex and cross-border contentious matters.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3-5 years post-qualification experience or equivalent
  • Experience and strong interest in arbitration
  • Business-aware with enthusiasm for business development
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
