Swim Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health's Farnborough FWC. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, promoting a fun and engaging approach.
  • Be a positive role model, promoting memberships and explaining the advantages of our facilities.
  • Have a talent for teaching that meets people's individual needs.
Requirements:
  • ASA Level 2 or an equivalent qualification, together with a track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
  • Experience working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programmes.
  • A confident and approachable mannerism, with great communication skills.
