Critical Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Critical Care Physician to join our team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality emergency care to patients.
About the Role:
As a Critical Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to critically ill patients in the Emergency Department. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. Your duties will include performing routine assessments and treatments, participating in middle-tier rota, and undertaking professional development to meet clinical governance requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 4 years of full-time postgraduate training in Emergency Medicine, with experience in managing Emergency Departments as the Emergency Physician in Charge (EPIC). You should also possess good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize workload and use initiative.
