Job Description

We're seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our Sales team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for driving employee engagement, productivity, and retention across our sites in Brighton, Manchester, and London.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of People in London to develop and implement effective people strategies in Brighton.
  • Lead employee relations situations, balancing the needs of employees with those of the business.
  • Analyze and improve people-related metrics (eNPS, engagement, turnover, retention, productivity, development).
  • Support senior leaders in Brighton and managers across the business with coaching and guidance.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and championing employee groups.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in all aspects of People Operations, including ER, People Ops, Reward, Performance, DEI.
  • Experience working with large sales teams in tech or scale-up environments.
  • Able to build relationships quickly and influence at senior levels.
