About the Company:

We are Randstad Construction and Property, a leading construction and property company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clean Water Treatment Specialist to join our team on a major clean water treatment project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Planning & Budgeting: Developing and managing accurate cost estimates and budgets for the project, ensuring feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Contract Administration: Managing and administering contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Procurement: Overseeing procurement processes, including tendering, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts.
  • Cosnt Control: Monitoring actual project costs against the approved budget, identifying and analyzing variances, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clean Water Treatment Specialist, ideally with experience in clean water treatment projects. You will have a strong understanding of clean water treatment technologies, processes, and equipment, and be proficient in using quantity surveying software and cost analysis methods. You should also have experience in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
