Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Director of Digital Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of a Digital Innovation and Transformation team to co-ordinate and shape the academic vision for digital transformation across education, enterprise, research, and student experience.
  • Work collaboratively across the institution to define our academic vision, co-ordinate existing activities, and communicate the work we are doing.
  • Ensure that our approach to digital transformation is driven by our academic priorities and places the student voice at the heart.
Person Specification

The successful candidate will have proven academic leadership and an excellent understanding of the higher education sector and digital transformation for students and staff. They will have the ability to connect people, understand how to bring ideas into fruition, and how to mobilise the 'coalition of the willing' to enact change.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital transformation and has a track record of delivering innovative solutions. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
