The Content Designer team works closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and make relevant improvements to our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work on HR and Finance policy and transactional system.
• Deliver outcomes related to strategic projects, e.g. content governance transformation, G&R content review, audit, content modelling.
• BAU workstream (content maintenance).

Requirements:
• Content governance experience, especially content governance transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, UCD experience, and publishing/CMS experience.
• Proven track record of working on content governance transformation projects.
