We're on the hunt for a talented Technical Lead to join our dynamic Digital Workplace domain. As a key member of our IT Solutions Team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the technological direction of our organization and ensuring the effective implementation of IT solutions.

As our ideal candidate, you'll have a passion for Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and all things digital. You'll thrive on innovation, problem-solving, and making a real impact. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting our digital world, from ensuring flawless deployment to upholding stringent security policies and improving cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize brand-new solutions in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive digital transformation
  • Provide technical leadership on projects, solving issues, assessing requirements, and orchestrating migrations to the cloud
  • Interact with users, provide invaluable technical guidance, and ensure seamless user experiences

Requirements:

  • Industry experience is essential
  • Interpersonal skills and effective collaboration abilities are crucial
  • Proficiency in M365, Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Teams administration is required
  • Experience with public DNS management is required
  • Experience with Mimecast, Valimail, DKIM/DMARC, and general e-mail security desired
  • Knowledge of Scappman, Qualys, and Azure Update Manager is a plus
  • Knowledge of identity management, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, conditional risk-based access, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Willingness to innovate and push boundaries
