About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team in Knaresborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals, and negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to instruct properties
  • Conduct accurate market appraisals and valuations
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies
  • Maximize branch income and profitability
Requirements
  • Estate Agency experience, preferably in Lettings or Sales
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Full UK driving license
