Avon Fire & Rescue Service is a leading emergency response provider in the region, serving a population of over 1.1 million people across an area of over 500 square miles.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to fill the role of Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve excellence in emergency response, prevention, and community safety.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving organisational improvement. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional services, attracting and developing talent, and making effective use of resources.

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
