Key Responsibilities:- Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
- Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
- Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.
- Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash.
