PRS is seeking a proactive Critical Electrically biased Shift Technician to work at a large Data Centre in Hertfordshire. The Data Centre boasts a friendly atmosphere and above-average staff retention levels. As a specialist Critical team member, you will work in a state-of-the-art technical environment with modern facilities.

You will be responsible for covering planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including single and three-phase power, UPS, power generators, lighting, HVAC plant, and air conditioning. You should have hands-on experience in these areas and hold full electrical City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.

Candidates with experience in Critical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Maritime engineering will be considered. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in the data hosting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  2. Work with single and three-phase power systems
  3. Operate UPS and power generators
  4. Ensure lighting and HVAC plant are functioning correctly
  5. Work with air conditioning systems

Requirements:

  1. Full electrical City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications
  2. Experience in Critical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Maritime engineering
  3. Hands-on experience in maintenance tasks
